Governmental Relations


The Governmental Relations Committee brings speakers to campus from local, state, and national government. It also plans the annual Day at the Statehouse in the spring. That event allows students to speak to representatives in Indianapolis about upcoming legislation for the current session.

Pablo Balcazar

Office Hours : 10-12 PM on Friday Krach

Pablo is a senior studying Sociology and Political Science. His background includes being a Founder and Former President of Purdue Immigrant Allies, a Former President of Delta Pi Rho, Fraternity Inc., and a Student Clerk at the Office of International Scholar Services on campus. He is looking to enroll in law school with a concentration of immigration law after completing a year of community service.

Ebony Pippens

Ebony is a sophomore studying Corporate Communication with a minor in Business Economics. Ebony joined Purdue Student Government to be a voice for her Purdue peers and help make changes around campus.

Jared Huber

Jared Huber is a junior studying Political Science and Mass Communications. He is involved on campus through being the treasurer for Pi Sigma Alpha, the political science honors society, as well as his role in PSG’s governmental relations board.

Josiah Campbell

Josiah Campbell is a first year engineer with the intention of doing Aerospace and Astronautical engineering. He is very interested in outer space, and is a member of the Purdue Space Program.
